今後の糸リフトとたるみ治療

医学の領域ではさまざまな手術器具やデバイス、新薬などが導入されておりますが、いずれも今回のような臨床研究やシステマティックレビュー、メタ分析を行っていきます。そして、通常であればエビデンスが確立されなかったデバイスなどは淘汰されていくのが通常です。

ですが糸リフトの現状を見ると、個人的には強烈な違和感があるのは否めません。残念ながら美容外科では商業的な要素が強く、患者様ご自身が本当に効果のある治療を見極める（場合によっては、施術を行う医師にとっても）ことが、難しくなってきているのではないかと危惧しています。

一方で、器具やデバイスの進歩は非常に早く、糸リフトだけでも新たなコンセプトの次世代商品は次々と発表されています。今後、長期成績なども改善され、エビデンスが確立した糸リフトが出てきても不思議ではないですし、今後のデバイスの進歩と研究デザインがしっかりとした研究論文の出現には注視していく必要があります。

いずれにせよ、現時点では十分な効果が確立された糸リフトは存在しないため、我々美容外科医は正しい情報を発信していくことはもちろんですが、患者様ご自身も正しい情報をもとに取捨選択する力が必要となってきます。
